How can Hospitality Ai help increase my restaurant's revenue?
 
Every POS system charges service fees, but we are the only company that shares those fees with the restaurant. This is an amazing part of our service that can lead to thousands in extra revenue for our customers.
What are the initial costs associated with setting up Hospitality Ai?
 
In most cases, we charge a $500 setup fee for our Online Ordering Package, and a $1000 setup fee for our Point of Sale Bundle. Additional upfront costs vary depending on your restaurant's hardware needs and how many terminals you'll be operating. The necessary hardware includes iPads, printers, and credit card readers.
Do I have to purchase new hardware?
 
Depending on your restaurant's needs and what system(s) you may have used previously, you may be able to use iPads, printers, and cash drawers that you already have on site. Hospitality Ai works with several Epson and Star printer models and just about any iPad, though the form factor for our counter case is limited to a range of models.

In order to accept chip & mag stripe card transactions for the Point of Sale Bundle, you will need to purchase one or more credit card readers.
Who is the credit card processor?
 
Hospitality Ai has partnered with CardConnect to offer world class credit card processing and fraud protection at some of the most competitive rates available today.
What's the cost for customer care?
 
Hospitality Ai does not charge for account and technical support. Our expert team is standing by to help you with any issue, big or small, to make sure our system keeps your restaurant running as smoothly as possible.
Will Hospitality Ai work if my restaurant's internet goes down?
 
Yes. Restaurants running our point of sale won't skip a beat during internet outages because of our robust offline mode. During any interruption in service, our app can still be used to take orders and payments to later be synced up to our secure cloud server when connectivity is re-established.
What if I need a new report or feature not already included in the Hospitality Ai system?
 
We are not afraid of new feature requests. So many POS users want features that are unique to their business and not all POS companies like that. We are happy to build a feature if we haven't already included it in our current feature set.
